1. Orders
Orders can be placed via our website, over the phone, or by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all details on quotes, proformas, and invoices are correct before confirming the order. Payment of a proforma and/or collection of goods will be taken as confirmation that the customer has approved the associated quote or proforma.
2. System Design
The design of renewable energy systems (including solar PV, battery storage, and related products) remains the sole responsibility of the customer. We are happy to provide guidance, but any advice given should be verified by the customer before purchase.
All product and system recommendations are based on standard conditions unless otherwise specified. Renewable Wholesaler UK LTD accepts no liability for site-specific issues such as incorrect sizing, shading, orientation, or structural load considerations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their intended use.
3. Product Warranties
Renewable Wholesaler UK LTD is not liable for any warranties on products supplied. All warranty claims, coverage, and durations are provided directly by the product manufacturers, and customers should contact the relevant manufacturer for warranty support.
4. Quotes & Pricing
Prices on quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices on orders are also valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Orders placed for future dispatch beyond this period may be subject to price changes.
5. Payment
Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept bank transfers, debit/credit card payments, and PayPal (additional fees may apply for certain payment methods).
Credit terms and limits, if offered, are at the discretion of Renewable Wholesaler UK LTD and are subject to our Credit Terms. Late payments may result in the removal or reduction of credit facilities.
6. Retention of Title
Renewable Wholesaler UK LTD retains full legal ownership of all goods supplied until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to enter the buyer’s premises to repossess goods in the event of non-payment in accordance with agreed terms.
Title to goods will not pass to the customer until all outstanding invoices on their account are settled in full.
7. Delivery
Orders confirmed and paid for by 2pm can usually be dispatched for next working day delivery, subject to stock availability. Delivery is by pallet courier or parcel courier depending on the order size.
- Kerbside Delivery Only - Drivers may assist in moving goods onto the property at their discretion.
- We do not guarantee next-day delivery and are not liable for any costs arising from delays.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive, inspect, and sign for the goods. Failed delivery attempts due to no recipient being present or incorrect delivery details will result in redelivery charges.
Any access restrictions at the delivery address must be communicated to us before dispatch. Many couriers use large vehicles; failure to inform us of access restrictions may result in additional charges.
8. Receiving Your Order
Inspect goods immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted when signing for delivery. If inspection before signing is not possible, sign as “unchecked.”
Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Renewable Wholesaler UK LTD is not liable for claims made after this period.
9. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, Renewable Wholesaler UK LTD reserves the right to:
- Refuse orders at our discretion
- Change prices or specifications without notice
- Withdraw products from sale at any time
10. Returns
Returns are accepted at the discretion of Renewable Wholesaler UK LTD. All returns must be agreed in writing prior to goods being sent back. Any costs associated with returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts of customers who are verbally abusive or threatening towards our staff. Such behaviour will result in cancellation of any undelivered orders and immediate payment of outstanding balances.
